Empty RatesThe Rating (Empty Properties) Act 2007 means that owners of empty commercial and industrial properties are now liable for 100% rates. However, a minimum 6 week letting will entitle a landlord to 100% EXEMPTION for up to 6 months! For 15 years Amazing Space has specialised in placing filming, exhibitions and events into commercial properties on a short term basis.
