As a professional agency, we are the only location library to provide a comprehensive service, invoicing the production company for location fees on your behalf; collecting damage deposits and ensuring that all fees are collected prior to any filming/photography at your property. We charge our property owners agency commission (plus VAT) on the location hire fees and we pay you within an agreed minimum timeframe.
